As always, one of the biggest points I want to drive home is this: products are born out of pain points, and there is no way around that. No one will buy your product if you’re not solving a pain point.
Dave Schneider from NinjaOutreach got a hold of me and wanted to talk a little bit about his journey from travel blogger to SaaS businessman. His SaaS business focuses on turning a manual process into an easy to use software-as-a-service, one of the easiest to succeed in (in my opinion).
Dave also hits on one extremely important point: you HAVE to research your competitors and find out how you can make a better product than them.
