From 2200 Pre-Signups to Abandonment to Relaunch
Back in February I released Kobra.io to the world, and I had garnered over 2200 pre-signups over the course of just 2 weeks (read the full story here). And then I did something really stupid, I gave up too soon. My 2200 Pre-Signups turned into roughly eight people using the tool, and I lost faith.
It’s been a few months and now I’m back and ready to relaunch this thing the right way, all in six weeks.
Here’s my plan:
Week 2: Research What My Users Want
Week 4: Continue Coding new Kobra.io
Week 5: Finish Coding new Kobra.io
Week 6: Pre-Relaunch Social Media & Marketing
After each week, I’ll post my progress here, and I promise not to sugarcoat it. Follow along below!
